As a nonprofit 501(c)3 public charity, Just Another Chance Ranch has several goals:
- To rescue and rehabilitate equine from neglect, abuse, and/or to rehome horses whose owners can no longer provide for them adequately
- To continue to offer programs that would partner horses and youth together for the mutual benefit of both humans and equine in mentorship sessions
- To raise awareness of horse care and handling issues through educational programs, classes, and research materials
- To see youth of all ages as precious and valuable, and will be encouraged to develop their talents as well as learn how to help others
- To be able to provide our youth mentor sessions, Hands-On-Horses, to any youth in need of them free of charge as we have the room to do so, (certain limitations apply)
- To provide support to families with animals, as it is needed
